Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Processing
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation
- All transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store

Subscription Auto-Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected plan rate unless cancelled
- Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price, unless notified otherwise
- You will receive a receipt for each renewal charge

How to Manage Your Subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top of the screen
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Teleprompter AI in your list of subscriptions
- Tap to view and modify your subscription options
Cancellation Policy
- Auto-renewal can be turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the period ends
- You can manage your subscription and adjust auto-renewal options in your iTunes Account Settings
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the subscription expires
- One-time purchases cannot be cancelled but provide lifetime access
Refund Policy
Refund Requests
All refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy:
- Refunds must be requested through Apple, not directly from us
- To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours by Apple
- Legitimate accidental purchases are generally eligible for refunds
- Refund approval is at Apple's discretion
Free Trial (If Applicable)

- Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes via email and in-app notifications
- Price changes will not affect current subscription periods
- You can cancel your subscription if you do not agree to new pricing
